It is approximately 65 sq. meters and consists of a bedroom with a 180×200 cm. double bed, a living room with TV (German channels) with a pull-out couch for up to 2 persons adjoining a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, crockery, etc.) and its own terrace with a panoramic sea view. Suitable for 1 to 4 persons it is completely separate from the main house but has direct access to the pool area.
